Consisting of over 80 members from l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and Concordia University, with additional researchers from l’Université de Montréal, l’École de technologie supérieure, l’Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and McGill University, Hexagram is the largest network for research-creation in media arts, design, technology, and digital culture in North America. Research at Hexagram reflects the changing theoretical and practice-based landscape of media arts and digital culture, integrating researchers from art, design, sociology, art history, anthropology, game studies, computer science, engineering, and communication/media studies.
